RYZE's handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your photo to RYZE, you ("Participant") grant RYZE, Inc. ("RYZE") and its affiliates, partners, contractors, and licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and publicly perform the submitted photo and any associated written content (collectively, the "Content") for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Display on outdoor digital billboards, including the Times Square billboard at 48th Street and Broadway in New York City on June 21, 2026.
- Use in RYZE marketing, advertising, and promotional materials across digital, print, social media, email, and other channels.
- Inclusion in RYZE's brand content library for future campaigns and communications.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are the sole owner of the submitted Content and have the right to grant this license.
- Any individuals visible in the photo have consented to its use as described above.
- The Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party or contain any unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material.
RYZE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to display or use any submitted Content. RYZE is not obligated to credit, compensate, or notify you regarding the use of the Content. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, or any advertising copy, that may be used in connection with the Content. By submitting your photo, you release RYZE and its affiliates from any claims arising out of the use of the Content, including claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
