Mushroom Coffee Snack Bites


Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup cocoa

  • 1/3 almond butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey 

  • 3 tbsp water

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Directions

  • Add walnuts, rolled oats, mushroom coffee, cocoa, almond butter, maple syrup or honey, water, and melted coconut oil to a food processor

  • Blend together 

  • Scoop mix into muffin tin and press firmly into the pan

  • Top with melted chocolate

  • Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy!
