First time trying it does help so much! I am not a coffee person but wanted to give this a try and it’s worth it! Just finishing my first bag but o am buying more!
I received my starter kit yesterday and made my first cup. Mushroom scoop and creamer, it smells like coffee but the taste alone is something you have to acquire. Basically i thought it tasted terrible but decided to give it a chance for the health benefits. I added honey to it and that did the trick, i felt like i was actually drinking a cup of coffee and enjoyed it. I drank it early evening, had no trouble going to sleep and slept soundly. I'll see how it goes for the next couple of weeks and do another review as to whether i will continue drinking this instead of regular coffee. Thanks!
Love this coffee, the taste and creaminess. Doesn’t do much for my moods and I’m not sure about the bloat but is definitely a better alternative to regular daily coffee.
